Pretty in the Panhandle Brunch Club--Coming August 2011

Posted by  | July 19, 2011  at 4:27 PM

Over the weekend, I was visiting some old friends in New York. As we topped off our wine glasses, one friend announced that her bed time was approaching as she needed to be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for Brunch Club on Sunday. Brunch Club, you say? But of course! She explained that it was simply a group of girls (or shall we say ladies) who gather for brunch once a month and take turns choosing their dining destinations. So then I started thinking--why do the NY girls get to have all the fun?

On the trip home, I decided we need our own brunch club, the Pretty in the Panhandle Brunch Club--part Breakfast at Tiffany's, part Sex and the City, and a perfect project for Pretty in the Panhandle readers. The Pretty in the Panhandle Brunch Club (PIPBC) will convene on the third Sunday of the month at approximately 12:30. The location for each brunch will be determined by a randomly selected member of the PIPBC who is present at the brunch one month prior. If you are interested in joining the email/invite distribution list for the PIPBC, please email me at richele@prettyinthepanhandle.com with "Brunch Club" in the subject line or leave a note on the PIP Facebook Page. I'm hoping to have this up and running for the month of August (8/21), so don't forget to email me to ensure you receive all of the details!

By joining the list, you are in no way obligated to attend a brunch, and you can join or leave the list at any time. However, I will ask that if you are attending any given brunch, that you RSVP one week in advance to ensure that proper reservations can be made.
